Australian Rose Mahogany is an evergreen tree that often grows exceptionally large and is incredibly hardy. These trees are found growing in subtropical and dry rainforests in New South Wales in the coastal ranges north of Wyong, and also within Queensland.
Rose Mahogany once turned and polished, has a beautiful medium rich brown colour, with a soft grain. It is a wood that is also resistant to termites and natural timber sought after for cabinet work.
